Just Drop "patchday5ng" folder to "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" <--- Did not work for me.

If it's not working, you might want to try this way. I'm not really sure if this is the correct way,
at least it is working for me in the end.
How to Install:
*OpenIV Application required.
1. Run the OpenIV.
2. Enable the OpenIV "Edit mode" by clicking the Edit mode button right above or simply press F6.
3. Open the "OpenIV\GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\" directory
4. Right-click or Shift+Insert on the "dlc.rpf" to Replace the file.
5. Replace it with the "dlc.rpf" on the mod folder inside the "patchday5ng" folder.
6. Exit the OpenIV.
*Certain things might not appear in the game. Your other mods might not appear also. Due the mod replacing one of the Main DLC file.
The mod still working even though you need to face the consequence of certain things or mods do not appear in the game.
Hopefully there will be an update from the Uploader!
