@MaxDzn i used this to make some of my mods addon in the past, recently i reinstalled gta and tried some of the mods and they still works.
not sure what your issue could be btw the tool does is job

@Faysal "you paid for it and release it for public", im not releasing a model.. im releasing a game file(locked) this should make all the difference
if u know hex u r one of the "public" that can still extract the model so good luck with that, if u dont, then u can buy the model here:

@wlfrdicons hey man i cannot say how many times i got requested addon or replaces, so ive done this in the past and im pretty sure it still work(at least for my bike mods).
