Do you think is possible convert the Fallout 4 clouds to GTA V? Fallout 4 has the most perfect clouds I ever seen in gaming.

I tried to replace all the dialogs from Franklin to CJ, but man I don't have so much time available to do it. If anyone is interested in doing this, just use Alci's SAAT GUI FrontEnd to extract the GTASA audios (SPC_PA file), then replace all related wav files in franklin_angry.wac, franklin_x_normal, etc (mods\x64\audio\sfx\S_MISC.rpf)

It doesn't work. The icons and missions are not active, they appears only as markers when you expand the map. #shame

I know you are a great modder, but when they doesn't work properly (like this one), put it as Alpha or Beta and more specific instructions for the users
