@Preshader crashes to me as well. I'm on 4090, crashed when VRAM exceed 22gb (set to 20900 via Resource Adjuster init.

@Kwazulu edit tonemaping in visualsettings.dat will fix flickering if you're using NVR + PRSA
Open with OpenIV Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\visualsettings.dat
change Tonemapping.dark.filmic.E to 0.01
After that play with brightness settings within ENB.
