The first bug is taken care of already. The second bug... Well I could fix it but you wouldn't be able to go off jumps anymore... The reason for the floatyness is that the vehicle is getting pushed whichever way its facing. Regardless of whether or not that way is up. A way to fix this is to constantly (every couple ms) teleport it to the ground, but that will ruin jumps, so its best just to leave it.
Why you using cruise control on a mountain anyway? :P

I'm adding your suggestions for tweaking acceleration and deceleration, and I'm making that adjustable per vehicle type (boat, plane, heli, car, train, bike, bicycle, quadbike).

@vvdevil Yes, that would work. Good idea, I think I'll add that into the main version of the mod. Keep in mind that 100 is about 200 mph.
