<fThrustFallOff value="0.000016" /> in you lazer so. any way there is "original" file if you need défault value.

@GtaFiend all i know is we need a script for that, Gudmundur1, oh my lazer mod mentionned "SET_ENTITY_MAX_SPEED." My knowledges are limited :p. And yes just copy past as a new line in the handling.
