ignore this ^^ i'm a complete idiot i forgot the ">" at the end of </SMandatoryPacksData>
doesnt seem to work for me. game loads and everything though textures still remain vanilla. it does break my menu however so i cant spawn in modded cars
handling is very slidey, the brakes are almost useless
