Yeah, hats are being a pain in the rear for some reason, I followed all the steps they were all working, until I had to reinstall my game and my mods, followed the steps again as before, remove the lines that contain g9ec including patchday that had g9ec in it in dlclist.xml, check, no crashes, if I remove the mp2023_01 line it crashes with menyoo so I did what someone suggested here which is copy mp2023_01 to the mods folder and delete everything that has a white square, the glasses seem to work but the hats slots are locked. And they are correctly numbered and stuff, YMTs are stock, haven't touched them because I am not too savvy on those, if anyone has any other tip to why the hat slots lock up, I'd be super grateful, thank you!

Disregard my previous issue, I figured out why decals weren't showing. Don't force GTA to go offline. Lol.

Everything is working great, the only issue I have and always had is with menyoo decals (emblems), they were working at some point but since I updated the game, now they don't show up not even the vanilla ones again (before in an older version I had this issue too and fixed itself at some point god knows how), do you or anyone here know what causes this issue or know a possible fix? Thank you!
