create a new folder called "ldgtr" and place this "dlc.rpf" file inside that folder
2. export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop with OpenIV
open the file with any text editor, add the following line to the end:
dlcpacks:\ldgtr\
3. Import "dlclist.xml" again to the path mentioned above using OpenIV
4. Done, use any trainer to spawn the car
car spawn name : ldgtr

why should I rename the file myself and fix the line in dlc.rtf myself? Author, you have to do it yourself. My task is to move the folder and add a line.

However, some of your mods, such as the 992 turbo s and amg gt black series, have a problem with the windows flashing yellow when viewed from a first-person perspective.
Could you please fix this?
