Everything looks great and feels great, except how come the top speed is locked at 170km/hour? P90D speed is supposed to be 320km/hour. I cannot even unlock the speed with Menyoo trainer. All my other car's top speed are unlocked except this one.

@tk0wnz Is this meant to replace the Surge or another in-game vehicle? When I spawn the surge it is the GTA base car. I've redownloaded this twice to ensure I wasn't accidently replacing the files with the originals I backed up, but still no changes to the model in-game.
