The Desert Falcon, F-16 F is a twin seater Ground attack/Multi role Aircraft, the most Advanced Variant of F-16 yet. and it is solely operated by one air force in the world, The UAE Air Force with mostly Pakistan F-16 Ace pilots flying them. It is the Most advanced F-16 in the world! with state of the Art features and cutting edge precision weaponry.

The most advanced F-16s in the world aren’t American. That distinction belongs to the UAE, whose F-16 E/F Block 60s are a half-generation ahead of the F-16 C/D Block 50/52+ aircraft that form the backbone of the US Air Force, and of many other fleets around the world. The Block 60 has been described as a lower-budget alternative to the F-35A Joint Strike Fighter.

Note: i would advise not making any skins/liveries of other Air Forces based on this Aircraft, because its an ARAB UAE exclusive Aircraft. but I guess, USA skin is okay, i will make one in coming days, as Lockheed is an American company.
But then again i don't want to be rude. lets be realistic guys no one else has this aircraft why make a skin? but its entirely up to you, Man was born free :)

[dlclist.xml part]
1. Extract "dlclist.xml" with openIV from -----> \update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Add new line "<Item>dlcpacks:\f16f\</Item>" to dlclist.xml
3. Save, and replace the old one at ------> \update\update.rpf\common\data
[Models and Textures part, Easy part]
-Extract all files in "x64" folder included in this download into -----> \update\x64\
=========SPAWNING THE NEW ADDED CARS=========
I recommend you to use Enhanced Native Trainer or Simple Trainer, etc with "spawn car by name" function.
Select this function and input the car name to spawn it
In game car names
F16-F block 60/61--------> Type this name:f16f
P.s if the game crashes after first run, use openIV and rebuild/defragment once. that will fix the Problem, only happened once.
For Replace use repalce folder readme.

@FoxtrotDelta Firstly I've figured it out, not by myself, admittedly, but still, I did, so I did install it, it's a pretty good model, secondly, it wasn't that I can't read English, I was never the sharpest tool in the shed, but being in from English speaking country, I'd like to think myself capable of such a task, it's more that, for lack of a better way of putting it, I found it confusing in the way most people find legal documents and science papers published by PhD holders confusing. It just wasn't clear. Probably my fault in the first place as I probably could've phrased the fact that, I, new to the GTA modding scene found your readme beyond unhelpful and vague.

bro.. I encountered a problem with the'' Replace ''file. It is normal to see the fighter from a distance, but when I sit on the fighter, the appearance of the fighter starts to appear black, and the fighter takes off and turns into a weird shape. I thought he was DecepticonS, but he was not. It became very ugly, I don't know why!
