Dune Buggy Handling For BF Dune

Semi realistic handling for the "Dune" based on your average VW based dune buggy. Allows donuts and short drifts. Realistic 4 speed transmission, acceleration is good, top speed is just over 90 MPH. Suspension and center of gravity have been readjusted so the vehicle no longer feels glued to the ground on rough terrain, you will now feel and see a suspension reaction from every last bump.
Please provide some feedback on performance and playability.
Much more fun in mud and sand with this mod:

@Impactjunky Nice job with this. It's really fun and the suspension reacts to the terrain beautifully. I'm not able to do donuts very well though, but that is probably my fault.
@HellOnWheels357 Start your donut or drift with the e brake and it should work better.
Thanks for the feedback!
