[ELS] Los Santos City Police Pack

I have never released modeles of any sort and I never was intending to but something in me felt like I should
here I present the Los Santos City Police Pack which now features the whelen patriot.
I combined forces (just like the power rangers and the ninja turtles) with Flash5569 who made the fantastic job
at making the textures I want to thank him and I am announcing that we are working on a sheriff pack soon but we will be
doing a update in about a week to fix issues
