How to Install Custom Sirens -
Download & Install OpenIV: Get it from https://openiv.com
Enable Edit Mode: Open OpenIV and go to GTA V > Mods > x64 > audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf.
Extract & Edit: Find vehicles.awc, extract it as .oac, and replace the siren files. (The .wav files that is in the files) 3 of them!
Re-import & Save: Put the modified .oac back into OpenIV.
Test In-Game: Load GTA 5, spawn an emergency vehicle, and check the sirens.

@Kazpeee Hey there, i am having an issue where no siren audio is audible at all. I did it on clean install of the game and the problem persisted. Any sullution? I've never had an issue like this before so i am asking for you help. Best Regards.
Sitas modas yra tai apie ka mes tik galejome svajoti jog atsirastu taciau....Kazpeee musu sapnus ir svajones ispilde. Best Siren Mod!
