You can use the following mod to vehicle acceleration【TurboSystemV (Ultra Nitro) 1.6.5a】：

But do not use another function similar mod, because hold down the shift, which makes the vehicle out of control（Realistic Nitro 1.4）：

The new version（v1.1） is waiting for approval, I added a new vehicle, changing the parameters to be unified into a folder name minicar. So, this is a mini-car integrated package. Later, if I have found a new mini car, if they can I will add to the folder.
