With OpenIV remove vehicles.meta (... GTAV \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ levels \ gta5 \) edit with notepad, complete below listed settings, and then replace the file from the game modified file. 4. With OpenIV remove handling.meta (... GTAV \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \) edit with notepad, complete below listed settings, and then replace the file from the game modified file.

Also dials are not working and there is only one level of tint.

@Diab0 all parameters are configured correctly by me, how the author's of converting in gta5. Dimensions identical to the first draft, made for gta4.
