Installation
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to update > update.rpf > common > data
3. Copy (Project Akuma)handling.meta to a folder and make sure to have a backup.
4. Make sure to enable edit mode.
5. Right click on handling.meta and replace it with my Project Akuma handling.
6. Enjoy! :D

It just changes the top speed of the akuma?
It has improved acceleration and brakes
You should mention that in the description
