REPLACES: Advanced Rifles

tried my best with hand placements this gun is very awkward
I plan on making skins for it in the future but for now this will do

GTAV/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
and replace advanced rifles files

model was ripped from "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - First Assault Online" which is a dead game, cant play anymore RIP :(
