Dude what does everyone mean by "activate edit mode" please help!! :(

@Thundurh Go into Openiv then click file the click edit mode and then okay you can now edit and replace files

@Thundurh download it from the openiv website its a gta v modding tool :P

download it then open the program.
Window will open with game logos and names.
choose PC version of GRAND THEFT AUTO V
now openiv will ask you for the location where you installed gta v.
after telling open iv where the game is installed,window will finally open with game files shown.
from there,mod should tell you where to go.
