Looks cool! You can open it in paint, change size to 1024x1024, (convert to .dds) and replace the high quality texture too. (I did it myself :P )

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but it's not switching the skin :(
I'm just dragging and dropping into the correct folder, but it isn't changing in game
