Underwater Weapon Demonstration [Beta Cut Content Restored]

This mod restores cut content, more specifically the ability to use weapons underwater (R* originally planned add a harpoon, information comes from HeySlickThatsMe)
Instruction:
Replace file called " weapons.meta " in:
Use " Open IV " to open location
GTa5\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
My inspiration was comments from youtube written by @HeySlickThatsMe , @TheNeoFelicity and @rokkudayo

What I did was search for "weaponflags" and then add "UsableUnderwater"

The vanilla underwater movement is too fast, not realistic at all. Do you have any idea on which files I need to edit to slow down to forward underwater movement? Tks!
Well, since its a unfinished mess by Rockstar and its probably its gonna be added to GTA 6, i would only swim around to take the anim pics, but did good

Is there a way to keep the scuba tank on for cosmetic reasons,every time i reach land it comes off automatically :/
How did you do it? What content did you edit? I may need to merge with other mods
