BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING:
Go download and install the Open All Interiors Mod here:

Installation:
Drag and drop "Humane Labs Raid" into your GTA V directory.
To launch the mod in-game, open the map editor menu, select "load map" and then type "Humane Labs Raid" (without quotations).
About the map:
There's been a takeover at the Humane Labs in Los Santos. The enemy organization has been conducting experiments on a possible super solider from a pig and they have been constructing and storing bombs. It's up to you and you're team to go in execute the operations that are occurring. The FIB has been tracking this enemy organization for months and so they've set up a base on a small remote island to form a team to take the labs back. It's up to you of how you go about the operation. There's a sewage tunnel below the surface of the water that leads to the underground labs, take out the enemies that await, but be aware that there is a guard at duty at the tunnel ready and ordered to shoot to kill. You could also go in loud and strong but you could be killed instantly. Good luck!
Recommendations:
Use any bodyguard mod to make the raid more realistic as far as having a team go in with you.
