1) The first mod doesn't change any file also used by Map Fixes. The second mod only adds new files. In conclusion, those two can't be causing any issue.
2) I'll see if I can do something about the road. The bush on the other hand, I can fix it.

@anon23623 The YMT included in Map Fixes doesn't have the scenarios from this mod, so if you want the scenarios from this mod, avoid the file from Map Fixes.

@iammistahwolf I think the "Object" pool, but i'm not sure.

@hoamok1998 @gtavjamal I can't as the water at these locations is generated by the heightmap.dat and I don't want to make custom models/collisions.

@YaBoiBlasty Do you have any other map mods installed that change anything around that area?
@iammistahwolf Sorry, I mistyped "mpmappatches" when I meant to type "mpmappatches2". Anyway, yeah, removing it "fixes" it because there's no (old) map data files loaded which cause the problem.
That's where "mpmappatches2" comes into play, where it adds compatiblity with the newer files starting from the build 2545.
It's indeed weird that it only started to happen with the latest update and not earlier.
