So it is a Military base near the lighthouse/military mansion of the lucky fraudster.
This work has been made at the request of @Evan_ForwardLess.
What a high-ranking soldier (or a rich robber) can have? A huge house with a helicopter and yacht on the beach near the lighthouse? Of course, easily!
A high defensive wall with watchtowers and checkpoints with a huge amount of warriors?! And it's easy! Money gives a huge opportunity. I For example, it's possible to deliver prohibited goods to his house by the sea, and then send them by land to do other dirty things! And it's a so small part!
I give you the opportunity to visit the house on the military base of the General's "Heel" or Martin Madrazo (probably, he launder a lot of loot on his horses to buy this three-storeyed castle).
You can come for a visit openly with a bunch of guns, you can jump with a parachute on the roof of a house, you can take a scuba gear and scare the guards on the pier, which will not wait for you)))
I even allow you to ride on a pleasure yacht of owners :D
Or even to kill them... Although you should discuss with your half-dead conscience)

On the territory of the card there are objects marked as "Unknown prop"
These objects I got from "Menyoo" (https://ru.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp).
Also in the process of creating the map I noticed one thing...
Non-working script "gtamp-unlock-all-objects.asi" can be well replaced by the fine component of the program "Menyoo" "Menyoo.asi"
IMHO,the program "Menyoo" is not very comfortable, but I take it's components. If you don't have the program "Menyoo", in the archive will be a file "Menyoo.asi". Anyway... Without a working file "gtamp-unlock-all-objects.asi" or "Menyoo.asi" part of the map won't be load :(

- in the file with merryweather on the 3rd floor in the boss room items and more.
Version 2.1:
Many of the items have been delivered again to reduce the slowdown and other problems on slower machines. And for good too.
Home includes over 16 rooms, a helipad, a huge pier with yacht and pleasure boat, and more.
In archive 2 versions: 1.01 and 2.0. I did this so you could see the differences.
Also there is a folder with screenshots.
For correct operation of the modification you must have the latest version of "map editor" and "Menyoo" or "gtamp-unlock-all-objects.asi".
