A small motel room in a run-down complex. Coke, Weed, and assorted drugs can be found in the multiple piles of junk in this room.
Requires Menyoo mod. Works great with Open Interiors.
Mods used are "Springfield 1903 Sniper 1.5" by Impactjunky & "Makarov Pistol [2K] - PM" by Kaai210
Installation is easy. Just drop the file in the Spooner folder located in MenyooStuff, in your directory.
