for this to work you will need custom props add on https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop
menyoo https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
map builder https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder

then drag northyankton.xml in menyoostuff/spooner.
