Here is my first map mod! Wiwang Penthouse is the first in a series of builds I have been working on with the common theme of only being reachable by helicopter. This is because I play sollaholla's Simple Zombies Mod quite a bit and these locations allow for a safe zone away from the zomb's ;).
Let me know your thoughts and feel free to share any ideas to improve this build or locations/ideas for future builds!

v1.1 - Replaced the outdoor basketball court w/ an infinity pool & other small outdoor additions. I've kept the original versions with the bball court in the updated download in case you prefer that.
REQUIREMENTS for all objects/props to load properly:
-Map Builder (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder)
-Scripthook V
-Scripthook V.NET
-Map Editor or Menyoo
-Object Spawn Unlocker (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker)
Note: A custom gameconfig, heap adjuster, or packfile limit adjuster may be required if your game crashes.
Installation Instructions:
Be sure to backup files if you're not using "mods" folder!!
TO REMOVE EXISTING WORLD ENTITIES FROM ROOFTOP (i.e. the 4 Aircon Units and the radio antenna):
In Open IV navigate to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpheist > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > _cityw > koreatown_01 > koreatown_metadata.rpf
- Drop "hei_kt1_rd_long_0.ymap" AND "hei_kt1_rd_strm_0.ymap" inside koreatown_metadata.rpf
YMAP INSTALL:
*If you have installed Map Builder successfully you will then have a folder named "custom_maps" in your dlcpacks*
- Drop "wiwangpenthouse.ymap" in mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > custom_maps > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > _citye > maps > custom_maps.rpf
- Start the game & enjoy!
MENYOO INSTALL:
-From your GTA root folder, drop "Wiwang Penthouse.xml" inside of menyooStuff > Spooner.
-In game, open Menyoo, go to Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files > Wiwang Penthouse > Load Placements
-Done!
**NOTE FOR THOSE INSTALLING VIA MENYOO**
-In order for all of the doors to work properly, after loading the map you must go into spooner mode and select each of the doors and change them FROM "Frozen in Place" TO "Dynamic". If the menyoo file is saved & loaded with the doors being set to dynamic, they will fall thru the ground when you walk into them...
Known Issues:
- In the YMAP version, some props/objects which seem to all be terrain related i.e. grass and trees sometimes flicker when walking past. I'm looking into it, but currently not sure how to fix.
- The water in the pool is currently "un-swimmable" as I am still unfamiliar with modifying the water.xml file.

@V4P0R I can't seem to remove the radio antenna and the giant ac units. I replaced the files using your hei_kt1_rd_long_0 and the hei_kt1_rd_strm_0 files But they still show up in game. I followed every instruction. Have you had this issue?
@Darth Elgor hmm I havent had any issues, I will reinstall those files on my end and see what I get. In the mean time if you have menyoo, I know you can at least manually select and delete the AC units in spooner mode, but unfortunately not the antenna. Will see what I can do. I know sometimes the antenna still appears from a distance but should go away as you approach the building.
@V4P0R The Menyoo version doesn't have doors that open, and I know your readme file says something about that, but I prefer the Ymap version. I will go into Menyoo and try to delete them. Also, the antenna doesn't disappear no matter how close I am. Either way, it's an awesome house. You did a great job

I found out the doors work via teleporting instead of loading placements (Menyoo)
Could you try making a version with breakable windows? Because I found a nice way to get down - just replace one of the windows with a breakable one, shoot a few bullets and bash trough it Call of Duty style.
