This Mod add's a New Russian Radio to the Game as Add-On, no replacment. just ADD :D
Check the Vladivastok Mod out! It's compatible with my mod!
When you want install VladFM and BlatRadio. Than install VladFM as first than my mod.

@Kevin56436 Why is it missing a dlc.rpf like every other addon radio mod? This crap is confusing.
@Kevin56436 Seriously I do not want to install this with an oiv at all. Give us a regular manual install version like very other radio mod. This thing will overwrite files I have from other radio mods and cause a giant headache.
@toobalooboolama rating removed, if you want to install it manually just rename the OIV to rar, look at the xml what goes where and figure it out yourself
@ReNNie I did exactly that. It's not even a dlc.rpf and contains files where they shouldn't not be. I don't feel like trial and erroring this trying to rebuild it, causing me to have to launch the game 7 times to test if what I did was correct or not. I listened to the awc and the music is not what I thought it would be, so I'll just be passing on this one.
