i searched for a modified settings.xml file with manually extended distance scaling and i found a tutorial and it worked. The mod was fine and i knew it! Conclusion?:The max distance scaling that can be set in the gta graphics gui is awful,like...AWFUL!! Everything now looks/works like a charm.

Make sure to read pls at first the Comments that you know how to fix the Graphic Problems which is coming from your PC. and of course the Intel Control Panel won't help you.

@RXTVG6 The Problem belong not to the mod. its The Graphic Setting of your Game and your PC. Before you rate a mod bad I would recommend to check first all your graphic settings.
Aswell its a problem if you have to many mods installed which the gameconfig and the RAM can't handle

@Evil_noodle The Mod is not Broken. If a Modification like NVE is using his own Road Textures or Editing other Textures on the map. of Course it will affect to the mod. so You need to remove the Roads mod or may swell the models and Textures of NVE. So the Mod would work completely fine.

@Evil_noodle the purple texture problem is because of the parsley roads of nve. It need to be deleted

@Evil_Lives2022 Normalz that problem comes from the wrong gameconfig. If your gameconfig isn’t setup right that you can use many DLCPacks then the zlib probelm will appear 😄👍🏼
