@eshenk Those configs removes shadows and other things that you can't simply change in GTA V config menu. Some people don't even know how to open paint,you expect them to find config files in the GTA V files to make the edits necessary to run the game in low-end pcs?

Thank you for sharing. Setting.xml file has some settings that you are not allowed to change on game interface. (Like disabling shadows)

Wow! I was searching for ultra low graphics but the quality reduction was too much. This one lessens ping while still keeping the beauty of the game

in can run in intel petium dual core p6200 2.14 hz processor 2 have 2.14 hz too, intel hd graphics 2012, 3 ram ,
win 10, 60 fps monitor, kkkk my pc is potato ?, i run it ?, i hate polygonal graphics , dont use polygonal graphics , i no aceppt path, i can play online too , i no take along ban ok , use you all inteligence , legit mode ok , i aceppt minimal 25 fps on foot , and all vehicles i aceppt 15 fps ou 14 fps or 12 fps ok, i thank you verry much
