Put the file in Grand Theft Auto V -> MenyooStuff -> Spooner

In-game:

1 - Open Menyoo with f8
2 - Go to Object Spooner
3 - Go to Manage Save Files
4 - Just spawn "JumpRaceAirport"
5 - Have Fun!
