I don't know why but this addon seems to crash my game. I've installed and used many addon peds without issues. i think there may be a texture issue because the model is untextured in the open iv model viewer despite using the provided texture.

turns out it was something to do with my game config. i think the cloth limit or smth. great model and works fine if you install a community gameconfig.xml
