Information:
I was really getting sick of Franklin's broken default haircut, so I decided to fix it using this simple mod.
Simple fix, copied the Contract Franklin's haircut onto the regular Franklin.
Requirements:
- OpenIV
- "mods" folder

Installation:
Move the "franklinhairfix" folder into "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks".
Add "<Item>dlcpacks:/franklinhairfix/</Item>" into the "dlclist.xml".
