@Quechus13 Er... I did the baking of textures with the video but they all over lap eachother so it doesn't work
@Quechus13 im really stuggling, maybe it doesn't work with 3ds max 2017?
@Jbatez You have to make a brand new UVW map for the model you're baking the textures for.
Just make all UVWs fit properly so they don't overlap. It won't make new uvws for you.
@Quechus13 does the guy in the video u linked me do that? i did exactly what he did and.. nothing, haha well im new, it was like this with just ped modelling im sure ill learn, thanks tho bro
@Jbatez He doesn't do that but if the textures are overlapping it's because your UVWS are overlapping.
If you attach your whole model and go into Unwrap uvw you will see everything overlaps.
You have to go into Editable Mesh>Element Mode then select each material then apply the Unwrap UVW modifer and move all uvws aside then do it once again to the whole mesh and make all of them fit the UVW box without overlapping.
Then you can bake the textures :P
