2: Go in to Edit mode
3: Go to mod/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
4: Add everything from Addon
Replace
1: Open OpenIV
2: Go in to Edit mode
3: Go to mod/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
4: Find the texture you want to replace and double click it
5: Click replace
PS: You might need the lowr_024_r.ydd file from Addon. (replace 024_r to the one you want to replace)

@BeeberIsBack Thanks man :), sorry about forgetting to give credit, was focused on getting the images uploaded to the site, had to reduce the file size of 3 of the images, so I forgot to give credit.
How do I wear the pants if I install them as an Add-On?
You need to edit player_one.ymt in patchday3ng to be able to use this as an add-on. Also, lowr_diff_024_c_bla.ytd and lowr_diff_024_d_bla.ytd are the same texture. One star because the mod needs work in order to be an add-on.
I doest seem to work for me as an addon
