2.) Turn on "edit mode"
3.) Make sure you find x64v and move it to your mod folder.
4.) Go to Mods > x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > player one > uppr_diff_004_g_uni.ytd

Make sure you create a mods folder if you are new to modding you obviously don't have one, create one so you can delete it if anything goes wrong such as the game crashing. (I'm not responsible for games crashing with this mod)

I don't understand what most of your issues are, you obviously searched this up, or you saw it and it seemed interesting. If you don't like it don't click on it. Simple you guys don't have to be ass's about every little thing.

@RE007 I can't make mods at the moment, openiv.asi continues to crash my game when it's enabled so I can't do anything but wait it out until it stops.
