- Install ScriptHookV
- Copy the *.asi and the LeFixSimpleFuel folder into the Grand Theft Auto V main folder.
- Please read the ingame mod info.
- Set the settings to your preferences:
-Using the mod menu (Recommended, by default F9 or cheat "simplefuel").
-Manually by editing the .ini files (change language and fuel bar color).
For the rest of the description, refer to the original mod page.

v1.1.6 adds an option to reduce how often the distance to the closest fuel station is calculated. By default it's every 5 seconds now when you've run out of fuel.
It also fixes an issue with throttle readout, probably has been going wrong since 1604.
Electric vehicle fuel consumption is re-enabled again.
Other issues (not working, no blips) I could not reproduce on my 1.0.1604.1 Steam version, but let me know if you have other issues.
If you aren't aware yet, I'm merely maintaining this script, and do not plan to put in lots of effort for big changes or feature additions.

Hi. Does this mod fix the fuel gauge (consumption) on the dash of the car ? I can see Fuel Indicator on the screenshot here on this page but I dont have that option in the game. Thanks in advance.
Question... would it be possible to add a option for a animation to pumping gas? I enjoy this mod the way it is, but i think just having a option to turn animation for pumping gas would be cool...
Just don't know how difficult it would be without changing the whole mod
@ikt Noticed you can still refill even if the gas pumps are blown up.

@prince_linus Guess this is a minor thing when it comes to relalism. Just pretend you can't fuel if blown up :D Cool if modder c an make it not working if so anyways lol.
how do I lower the decrease of fuel when Driving. Seem like it runs out quick

I've just done a video for my Mod and incl a 'shoutout' to other mods used.
I'm running on old 'Lefix fuel' files, but noticed fuel price, -$1, even though I've changed the 'fuel price' to 10 (more realistic multiple) Is that something as a result of my fault, or a quirk in the mod, or have you fixed it? I want to do a new video of how all my mods work together and give you all a 'shoutout'. If we can fix this, it will look much better. (the cash is deducted - just the figure on screen)

Can you please add option/setting for "new" vehicle(s) that you enter/acquire/steal:
Min fuel in tank % [0-100]
Max fuel in tank % [0-100]

Best fuel mod. Which option should I tweak to decrease the fuel consumption to make it more realistic? I feel like fuel consumption is too fast
The mod menu no longer works when using the F key. It also does not come up when attempting to use the Cheat string in game. The fuel gauge does come up, and is degrading, but I have no gas stations on my radar and unable to use menus.
why is there no gas tank icon in the map ???
Dropped a like great mod there is a but though,config doesnt save the things i do with the menu do you know why would that be the case? thank you for your work again.

@hayhay2355 have an gas can in ur hand, left mouse button to refuel, but the mod need to improve, the gas can are rare and the vehicle just drink it too fast... (change the speed of refuel with can in mod option for fast refuel)
