@Walter dlcpack can overwrite x64e, it's how R* patched various vanilla vehicles over the years
FYI: You don't need to replace files in their original archives, update.rpf can overwrite anything from common.rpf, the same goes for your dlcpack and x64e.
Not having all those obsolete archives in the mods folder will save a lot of space.

@RodSZh thanks for the report, I believe R* might have actually hardcoded the spotlight function to only work with the police maverick, will need to to look into that
