@bravow612 You can install the pack manually by opening the VWE.oiv file with WinRaR or any other file archiver tool, and following the installation paths in the assembly.xml file. Popcycle.dat, popgroups.ymt & vehiclemodelsets.meta are the files that control NPC traffic spawns, which both this pack and WoV edits, if you don't want the traffic modified, don't install those files
@HACK3Rboy Compare the files that WoV edits to the ones that VWE edits. If there's any differences, copy them over to the VWE files to combine the WoV edits with the VWE edits
