How could I make it so that gangs only attack when provoked?

So Im guessing that when I add alot of cars I get missing textures, would you think that when I get myself an SSD It would load faster or is it because that Im exceeding game's memory limit?

What weatcher were you using? Is it that dark with extra sunny?

I just replaced it with the one that came from the mod

This mod works fine for me with the Biker DLC

Also it made my life alot easier, because Using Ravalli's addon cars (http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/66215-ravallis-police-add-on-pack/) the sirens would not work

But they do now

@blade125 Is it the FOV Mod when you ADS And then the the gun seems longer? That the sight is further away
