@grandtheftsex5 It's not my problem, it's my opinion on that Rampage trainer and I still think the same way about that pos trainer, it sucks and btw, when I tested it out I didn't have any other trainers installed simultaneously, I only installed Rampage, the outdated simple trainer I already moved it to a temporary folder. I wanted to see if I could spawn dlc vehicles with Rampage and yes, I was able to spawn 'em but, the way it started the game for me, with a hardcoded 3 stars wanted level just disappointed me. I'm never looking back at that trainer again and that's that.
This mod is a must for anybody having texture rendering and/or other performance issues. It makes the game much more smoother to play, it doesn't cause any fps drops and doesn't seem to affect graphics mods that you may have installed in your game. I got VisualV installed in mine and doesn't seem to change my preset, everything looks normal except even better, I used to see distance buildings and props flickering in the distance before but, now I don't see that anymore so the mod definitely is doing something and it works. zombieguy peeled the right banana here with this mod.
@nj5050 I'm aware of that mod and I downloaded it and have it saved in a folder, I just haven't added it to the game yet.
@tHaT cAr gUy I don't why but, as soon as I installed Rampage trainer and went into the game, I immediately began at 3 stars wanted level for some reason and the f**ked up thing about it is that while I was being shot at by multiple cops I attempted to lower that to 0, in the menu, and didn't worked, it just kept jumping back to 3 stars. As far as menu options, it didn't seemed to me as if it had as many features as Simple Trainer has, it does have main basic options though.
I give Rampage trainer a 1 out of 5, it sucks but, if it works for you great.
@JamesRack I just don't like having multiple trainers installed at once. There isn't a logical reason to have a whole bunch of different trainers installed plus they may conflict with each other. Like I said, that Rampage trainer I tested it out for a bit and it sucks, I just deleted it. As far as Menyoo and Enhanced Native Trainer, Enhanced Native Trainer I tried it out a long long time ago, a much older version, and at the time it didn't have that many features, it was sort of like a "light" trainer, maybe the latest version is better, I don't know, I have to try it out again I guess. I tried Menyoo, which a lot of players use, and for some reason I always had issues with Menyoo, it was always full of glitches and problems so I just got rid of it.
I've being using simple trainer for a long time now and this is the one I like and use. What I find weird is that in the past whenever Rockstar comes up with a new patch, simple trainer didn't necessarily had to be updated for each and every single patch update but, apparently for this new v2802 now simple trainer all of the sudden doesn't work properly.
I just wanna say, and this is my opinion, that "Rampage Trainer" is f**ing horrible!
First of all, let me just point out the few good things about it, if you're having issues with dlc cars despawning after you spawn 'em them then with this trainer they won't disappear, that's one good thing about it. Second, unlike NoCoN mentioned there, it does have controller support. I was able to open the menu with my Logitech F710 by pressing RB+A, no problems.
Now this is what I don't like about it, as soon as you launch the game and you're in the game, you immediately start in 3 stars wanted level and cops surrounding you everywhere. Now you would assume you can change that in the menu and set it to zero but you can't. For some reason it's locked to 3 stars wanted level and even if you try to set it back to zero it just jumps back to 3 stars no matter what. There is an option to set it to "No wanted levels" but, if you click that then you won't get any stars for doing whatever which is unrealistic. The second thing I don't like about it is that there aren't that many options in menu like Simple Trainer has. All my Teleport coordinates I had saved in simple trainer are now gone plus all my outfits I had saved for Michael, Franklin and Trevor obviously are not there and tons of other options that simple trainer offers are just not there.
In my opinion, the Rampage Trainer is useless to me. I'll just wait for simple trainer to update.
@defiant I really don't know what to suggest when a new version of VisualV still shows information from an older version, the only one that can answer that is the author himself but, in my opinion, what I'm thinking is that maybe the dude just went straight to the "Files" section, in whatever OpenIV Package creator he's using, to make modifications and forgot to change the new package info.
I create oiv packages for myself, from time to time, to eliminate lengthy file installations from certain mods and I know that's something that sometimes can be overlooked.
@_CP_ For some reason the oiv package still says Version 1.550 so now I'm confused as to whether I just reinstalled the old 1.550 version again, which I already had, or the 1.560 with erroneous information > https://imgur.com/a/xdc9LIA
@nj5050 The reason they probably abandoned this mod is because gta 5 is getting old, if you think about it, it's a 2013 game. As far as that huge white flat disc you see in space, that's not a texture rendering issue, that's just a holographic reference point to where the earth is, in three-dimensional simulation.
@nj5050 Ok, I misunderstood, so the mod works for you but, you're having problems with saving your options in the GTS menu, like the "Disable Wanted level on startup". Yeah, I'm fully aware of that, I had the same problem. For some reason any options you save in the GTS menu don't stick when you relaunch the game. That's a glitch that the developers of the mod overlooked so there's nothing you, I or anybody else can do about that. You're just gonna have to manually reset your options in the GTS menu everything you launch the game.
