@Speedstar It was simple. With you new weight paints. I moved the jaw bone back, hid the face mesh to expose the interior mouth, shifted the lower teeth and tongue back. The main issue was the character had an underbite, so by shifting it back to the correct orientation it eliminated the issue. Sorry, I always have issues with logging into Discord.
@Speedstar Hey, I completely fixed the issues with the jaw while burning. How can I send you the updated .ydd?
@Speedstar You're welcome. Glad I could help. Yeah, you probably got up to the point that I did with it. I'll check it out. The burning is always the hardest because the mouth opens so wide. There's an equilibrium you have to find between the slight facial movements and the extreme jaw movement from the burning. It's a never ending learning process that's for sure. Keep up the great work. I'm really looking forward to your next character release.
@Speedstar You're welcome. Keep up the great work. As far as my fix for your character, it's still not perfect. I'm still working on it. It's been a lot of trial and error as you've seen working on it. I'm working on other characters at the moment but I'll get back to it eventually. I've always found that the best way is to look at the weight paints of an in game character, usually a MP with a similar face. MP are usually more detailed than NPC's. Take a screenshot and paint those weights to your character as a base(usually works fine). Sometimes adjusting the facial bones fixes the problem but mainly it's the weights. If you're familiar with Alex189 character. If you follow those weight paints and rigging you'll have the perfect facial rigging and weight paints for facial expressions. Alex has Youtube videos that explain exactly how to do it. Zmodeler 3 - Advanced Face Rigging Tutorial (GTA V Ped) | Part 1. is a great start also. It's for Zmodeler but basically the same in 3D max and Blender. If you look at my character Soul Eater. Her facial expressions are from watching Alex's videos. It's a lot of trial and error. Hope this helps.
Excellent. It made a great base for me to put my personal spin on the character. There is an slight issue with the mouth rigging. I don't know if you noticed it but the tongue and teeth clips the jaw and lower lip. Rig adjustment and weight painting fixed that. Keep up the great work. You've gained a new follower.
Very nice work.
Still have some issues with the .ydd. crashing my Open IV when opening the .ydd. But it's not corrupting my addon peds anymore. You have some garbage codes in the hex. You may want to check it out. Once I cleared out the garbage it stopped corrupting the folder. I would have given it 5 stars but being that you never addressed the issue I'll give it 4 stars and a like for the character itself. Nice rigging and no mesh issues. Not bad.
It's in the description. This is how it's written. 2.1 just tweaked the contrast so that will be the Final X.ini. You can put both .ini files in your main folder and see which one you prefer.
@mstfa Thank you Brother.
@KingJoe It's a_f_m_bevhills_01 from the original game retextured by me. Most of the original characters from the game have been modified or retextured by me in one way or the other. The Ronin shooter is an alex189 character from here on 5 mods that's also been modified and retextured by me. But not available due to not being able to get authorization. Alex189 retired from modding.
