@AlenAshura probably you have god mode enabled somewhere with invincibility or bullet proof enabled, this avoid that the script detect new bullets damage and remove blood fx

@Lukischo check if your file dlclist.xml is ok in the mentioned path (C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml)
maybe you corrupted the file using more than one OpenIV instance at once and editing the file...
