@mriscan perhaps that could be the issue... but i did something else that completely resolved my issue.... i removed the cops:back on the beat mod and replaced it with Ambient Police Patrol.... now nomatter the situation or anything cops will always spawn... so for anyone experiencing this issue.. i recommend removing back on the beat and installing ambient police patrol mod!

Does anyone else experience and issue where when they enter the stash house and come back outside.. there is no cops on the streets (specifically the Cops:back on the beat mod with a cops blips).... its like before i enter there's multiple cops on the roads of LS but when i go in and back out, within seconds there's none and it takes ages to for even 1 to spawn... I have to exit out of the game and start it back up to fix the issue until it happens again. Its crazy to me as pull me over is recommended with this mod and back on the beat is within the pull me over mod files... Other than this.... the mod is probably the best drug dealer sim mod out there that i know

I see this is a just uploaded mod... before i download, have u tested to see if it conflicts with other graphics mods? is it just simply an effects mod? @Foxy_Oxy
