GTA V had One of the Most Impressive Weather Effects the Gaming World had ever seen (Back in 2013). The Vivid Skies of Los Santos and the CountrySide of Blaine County was the only thing which made GTA V the best in its Gameplay .But Over the Years It Seemed Lacking its Full Potential .
Realistic Weather Effects Unleashed (RWEU)Tries to Undo the Booringness which you and I have started to feel over the years . Every Weather Effect has Been Reshaped to Immersify The Game . The Rain is Now Much more Intense and Realistic with Truly Unforgiving Thunder , which Settles down to the Beautiful Vivid Clouds Spread across the Sky .

@Elizabeth_Harnandez if you want a manual installation turn the OIV to a ZIP or RAR then go to the folder called contents extract the files then search them using OpenIV. you can do this with any OIV auto installation

Either I'm blind or you just made the rain puddles react better to cars. Even if it's just my imagination, the mod works wonderfully on enhanced. Good job.

The rain drop effects look rough and the dust effect is happening in los santos. The uninstaller is not removing the mod. Solution?? Im on legacy.

Your uninstaller doesnt work at all and i now need to decide between having a sandstorm in the city or having a game that crashes every time i try to launch into story mode

Uninstalation Steps (For People who Need it) : Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/weather/ and delete everything execpt the "Firefly XML File" . Same Steps can be Followed for the "Dust Effect" and "Console Era Drop" [Add-Ons] .
Uninstall "Intensive Lightnning Bolts" : mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/effects and Delete the "vfxlightningsettings" and Replace it with the Vanilla original File from update/update.rpf/common/data/effects .
"Daunting Wind" / "Enhanced Puddles" / "No Dust After Dusk" : These are Timecycle Changes and hence Cannot be Resolved Manually . To Uninstall Them You Need to Wait . REALLY !!

@NeeedHeelp Maybe having 230 mods is your issue and not this particular mod in general? Some of your mods may be way outdated or something else. But I would honestly suggest starting from scratch again and install a few at a time. As I doubt this mod in particular is your issue.

Kindly Note : The Uninstaller is Not been provided , Yet [Sorry About That :( ] . Tho i will provide it in the Next Update . Also This Version is Only Limited to GTA V Legacy .The Dust Effects in Sandy Shores are Excluded from the Main Oiv File , Due to its Compatibility Issues with Some Mods (Causing the Effect to Spawn Randomly in Any Terrian) . . Also Wild West Sandy Shores Effect is Removed (Due to its Old Gen Look) . Dynamic Dust Effect [Add-On] is Provided Exclusively for this Reason .
GTA 4 like Mist Effects are Added in the Mod files , Firefly and a New Pollen Effect is Also Enhanced for a better Country Side Look of the Game . Alongside this , There are a Ton of Other Add-Ons that Never Make you Feel Bored About the Games Weather Anymore [Everything is Compatible with Graphics Mods of your Choice] .
I am a Little Busy These days , and That's the Reason I am Unable to Fully Release this Mod for The Enhanced Edition . Just have a Little Patience , It will be Done Soon .
