This is absolutely fantastic, quite possibly one of the best, most original map ideas and even better execution yet!
There are a few things that do bother me though, as a few people have already mentioned, there does seem to be an excessive number of street lights. I'd suggest removing every other, and potentially swapping some out; you seem to be using one of the larger street light models that overhangs further into the street, which doesn't really feel right on a narrow 2-way road. I'd swap them out for the regular (prop_streetlight_03) street light model and potentially swap out some for the wooden/rural lights.
Some of the junctions that blend from asphalt to dirt have some linear UV orientation that could do with some proper blending, especially the direction of the asphalt pattern on the junction leading up to Raton Pass, and the one leading off onto the Zancudo River after the bridge. Some of the corners and bends could also do with some more geometry to fix some faceting issues, especially noticeable on the road edges and yellow center lines.
I'd also be tempted to remove more crash barriers. There's quite a lot, which does make sense but equally there should really be some areas where barriers have been damaged, not installed, etc. These barriers only really make sense on the higher terrain or on the corners.
@thegametb I have plans to include additional edited garage props which should hopefully support the truck.
@KyleWeiner24 not possible without dumpster props being edited. Also different garbage trucks behave differently in different countries so it isn't "wrong".
@AmerykTV still works fine to me, just use the latest gameconfig. The mod is due an update as some things have stopped working (some customisation and light id conflicts) but other than that, it works perfectly fine.
@SomewhatFantasticFox if you're referring to the sound it has in the AWC, it's a siren from Driver: Parallel Lines. Never worked out what the real life model is but it's such a cool siren. I never got round to using it though as I wanted to port over the engine sounds for that car too.

Overall fantastic work!
male voice variation when
@Dayashii tbf he could've used my improved Cabby from LC Pack. It's an edited V Minivan with upscaled bumpers/side-trims/etc...
That is fucking hot
@joey4445 because it's not compatible with IV pack. You'd need to delete the mrtasty files and data in IV pack.

hawt stuff
Looks like you need to fix the UVs as they're all stretched now
