@Ghxst_ix First. This isn't technical possible. Thats how tuning parts are build up. Would have done that way if it were possible. But sadly no. Also consindering a YFT model that is about 400MB big or something would be insane to work with.
But related to your flickering. I can't really get anything in mind by your description. Could you upload a screenshot somewhere and post it here? So i can see what could be the problem? Or maybe better a video?
@Jun485 Sorry for the late answer. Vstance doesn't work on any kind of lowrider. So also this mod. But if you want to make 7 versions of my impala into the impala dlc. You have to copy the impala definitions in the meta files 7 times in the same file (vehicles.meta & carcols.meta). And then make a copy of the impala yft model and YTD texture file itself 7 times and give them all different names. The names of the model must match the name of the texture archive (ytd). Then you have to change the vehicles model name in the vehicles.meta & the carcols.meta to individual different names for each entry. Just like you would add a complete different vehicle mod to the DLC. And carcols.meta and vehicles.meta must match with each other. Use Notepad++ to edit those files as its way easier to work with and allows you to revert a lot of changes if you fail. Also have powerful tools. I really don't recommend useing this mod as the first one for DLC merging example, as its already a very big DLC and makes it very complicated.
If you want to change then tuning parts with individual textures for each impala copy. You have to for ex. go to the RPF where the models and textures are for the tuning part you want to make a copy, and then copy the model and texture file to it there too with a different name. And add it also to the RPF where the others are. But to use it in the game, you have to rename/add the required tuning part in the carcols.meta for the entry of the impala copy you want to give that tuning part.
Just take a look at how R* is adding a bunch of addon cars into one DLC. Or look tools here which allows you to generate such DLCs. Just learn how it works, otherwise you won't able to do it. There are a bunch of tutorials and tools on how to merge a bunch of addon cars into one DLC (Which is basicly doing that by makeing indivudal impala copies). For ex. the "Easy Mod Folder EMF" Mod here on 5mods. Or the tool "Addon Creator Vehicles" here. You have to really know what you doing there. Learn it.
Also with this DLC you must keep in mind then, that you not exceed 1GB of the whole dlc.rpf file size. As it goes over the general memory limit. There is a heap adjuster mod. But i don't recommend getting over that limit, as it makes things unstable. And if you exceed this limit, you must split up the DLC into two, which is more complicated. But its recommended to not make a new DLC for each copy. Because GTA V DLC loading is limited and that would increase chances of crashes while on loading screen or while playing.
@sas994 Okey :) It could be also a combination of window blinds and curtains. You could use the one from the paradise van or journey for the curtain models. And blinds from MLO interiors like low end GTA Online apartments. Or that office from the movie mission with Micheal
@Jun485 I am not quite sure anymore what you want to do. Can you explain in detail what you trying to archieve? My Impala is a addon mod. It doesn't replace any vehicle anymore. So what do you mean? "replace the others"? Replace what? 7 impalas in one folder? Are you talking about a copied version of my 64 Impala? You confuse me, sorry
@sas994 Can you add some curtains as extras to it? One that is only covering the sides. Then one who are half open. Then one who are fully closed but also covering the cockpit windows? Would be nice as right now it doesn't feel cozy with those giant open windows on the front.
Ok thats something. Nice work. You implemented nice light settings ID. I had this idea years ago, but never got to test around that way much.
@Overloaded okey, if thats easier for you. I joined. Server looks dead. Please hit me up if you interested.
I'm desperately looking for someone who could make such a tool for professionals. So that you can create profiles in which you can select each individual script file and RPF and create a profile from it, for example to switch between different combinations of mods. Or just completely without. Without having to clean the entire GTA 5 folder first. There are so many tools that do exactly what you do, but none that allows you to see exactly what you are doing or let you choose completely for yourself. I would be really happy if you could do a "manual mode" or something like that. It would also allow to run the game with specific game patches in order to run older mods that require specific old game versions. Instead of having to copy the game onto a new drive just for that purpose.
@Gelse Have fun :) Thanks for your feed back!
@Jun485 Okey ;) . From my part i haven't other lowrider mods in development right now
