@OdinPagan LODs. In my case, I accidentally copied a L1 chassis bone into the interior bone, so the game reads it and copies it into every detachable body part.

@diongraves506 I've just solved this issue, turns out that there's a duplicate chassis and I forgot to add "chassis_lowlod" in the hierarchy.
Dropping a hotfix soon.
@diongraves506 I didn't realize this issue because there are no duplicating car parts after collision on my system, but when I accidentally explode it with a grenade, then suddenly all car parts were duplicated after the explosion.
I'm troubleshooting it now.

@Hydeii all of the rain effects shown on screenshots are acquired from QuantV.
@Sh0rtY_ since those plates are extras, you can specify them through Menyoo and select only extra 3 & 4, and you'll get them only with GTA plates. ;)
