How do you make the weapon glow?

I am unable to make this work with the Script Hook V Dot Net. Everytime I tried to use this trainer with SHVDN it will crash the game when loading into story mode. When I remove SHVDN, everything is fine again, or if I remove bass.dll for this, the game runs fine. Anyone have any idea what is the issue?
