@TC4U To work around this, you should copy all the dlc folders to dlcpacks. The tool reads every folder in that dlcpacks folder and writes it to dlclist.xml :)

@Reyser As said when I tried to make a new upload, it has been rebranded as GTA Tools as there is 2 tools in 1 program.

@TC4U what do you mean it deletes everything out of the dlclist.xml? it creates a brand new one with all cars that are found in dlcpacks folder
